What a fantastic meal we have for today. Today I am going to show you how I make this tremendous Vegan Lunch from Rice and Sesame Parsnips. When I was preparing this I remember OMG it’s so fabulous, my grandma always prepared this for us it was amazing,the smell of fresh ingredients combined with the smell of boiling them together hmmm, no words can describe that. Let me tell you how I do it, it’s easy and everybody can do it. This Vegan Lunch from Rice and Sesame Parsnips is not so difficult to make it’s so simple just let me show you. First, make sure that you have the right ingredients for this Vegan meal.
500g of small parsnips
130g of Rice
2 red Onions
2 teaspoon Sesame seeds
2 teaspoons of Coriander
2 teaspoon White Vinegar
2 teaspoon Tahini
1 teaspoon Tumeric
Now when you check the list with the right ingredients, let’s start making this Vegan meal. Just follow the instructions down below and everything will be fine. Let’s start.
The first thing we need to do for this Vegan Lunch meal and every other meal we prepare is to turn the oven to 200C. We put the Parsnips with a little bit of oil, then we pour the Coriander, Tumeric, and mix tougher with a little bit of salt, after they become colorful we pour the sesame seeds. In the end, we put it all together in the oven and bake for 30min.
In the second part of this Vegan Lunch preparation, we prepare the Rice like we usually do. In another pan we pour some water and cook the red onion, we cook until it becomes soft with a golden color and cook for 10min.After that, we mix tougher the Tahini and the withe Vinigard with warm water until they become creamy.
In the final step, of this Vegan Lunch we put the Rice on one big plate on top of the Rice we poor the baked Parsnips with the rest of the ingredients, and the last poor the Tahini and Withe Vinigard sauce, and Happy meal.
