how to make Vegan breakfast oats
Since I was a young girl my grandparents always say to me that the most important meal of the day is breakfast, and I stick to that advice ever since. For today we have this amazing and easy-to-prepare Vegan oats breakfast.
Preparation:
step 1
First what we are going to do is to turn the oven on at 190C. Then get one heatproof bowl and put the oats and pour 400ml boiling water, mix the ingredients together. After that pour the 250ml Almond Milk and 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract and let them rest. That is for the first part.
step 2
In the second part of this Vegan Breakfast Baking Oats. Take one bowl put the Banana and the mixed Barries that you chose for the meal, and mix until they combine. After they combine pour the ingredients over the oats.
Put the heatproof bowl whit the ingredients in the oven and bake for 30-40 min.
And when is time to eat, put chunks from the bowl on plates and maybe if you like add a little bit of honey, that is what I do.
