First, we put 100ml of water in our oven to boil. In the meantime, we put the vinegar, garlic, tomato puree, and the Chinese spices in one small pan and mix them together.
After the water was boiled, in the same water we put the raisins and left the rest in the water. After that, the next step is to blend them all together, the raisins, garlic, tomato puree, and the Chinese spices. Blend them until smooth and after that put the peanut butter and mix once more.
Get the noodles and pour them with boiling water and let them rest for 5-10 min.
In the meantime, heat the olive oil and add the ginger, the vegetables, and the chili, and stir-fry for 10 min.
